What an enquiry is

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It isn't a contract, it doesn't reserve a place, and it doesn't commit you to anything.

It doesn't commit us either. One-to-one coaching is limited by the number of athletes we can properly look after at once, so we may not be able to take you on, and we may say so.

Prices

The prices on this website are the starting points for each kind of coaching, which is why they're shown as 'from'. What you actually pay depends on what gets programmed for you, and we'll tell you the figure before you commit to anything.

Prices here can change. The price we agree with you doesn't change without us telling you first.

The coaching itself

Payment, notice periods and how the coaching runs are set out when you join, not here. As things stand, payment is by standing order taken monthly and we ask for one month's notice to stop.

Programming is written for you individually and is for your own use. Please don't pass it on or resell it.

Training carries risk

We're coaches, not doctors. Nothing on this website or in your programming is medical advice.

Hard physical training carries a risk of injury. If you have a medical condition, an existing injury, or you're on medication, speak to a doctor before starting, and tell us about it so we can programme around it. You're responsible for training within your own limits and for stopping when something is wrong.

The text, photographs and branding here belong to us. The photographs are of our own racing and training. Please don't reuse them.

We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but we can't promise it's free of errors, and we may change it.
