Who is responsible

Hybrid Elevation is the data controller for the information described here. We're based in Ireland. You can reach us at hybridelevation@gmail.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the enquiry form. That is your name and email address, and if you choose to give them, your WhatsApp number and age. It also includes what you tell us about your current training, your goals for the next six months, your training experience, and which kinds of coaching you're interested in.

Your name and email address are required, because we can't reply without them. Everything else is optional or is there so the first conversation is useful rather than a fact-finding exercise.

We don't collect anything else. There is no account to create, nothing to log in to, and no payment taken on this website.

If you don't finish the form

The form has two steps. If you complete the first step, which asks for your name, email and WhatsApp number, and then navigate away or close the tab before sending, those details are emailed to us anyway so we can still get back to you.

We're telling you this because you'd otherwise have no way of knowing. If you'd rather that didn't happen, close the tab before finishing the first step, or email us directly instead.

Why we're allowed to hold it

You asked us to get in touch, so holding your details long enough to reply is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry about our own service.

Marketing email is separate. We only send it if you tick the box for it, which is unticked by default, and ticking it makes no difference to whether we reply to your enquiry. You can withdraw that at any time by replying to any email and saying so.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry reaches us as an email. That email is sent by Resend, and our inbox is hosted by Google, so both of those companies process it in the ordinary course of delivering and storing email. The website itself is hosted by Vercel.

Nobody else sees it. We don't sell it, we don't share it with other coaches, and we don't pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your enquiry for as long as we're coaching you and for a year afterwards.

If you don't, we keep it for up to two years in case you come back to us, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you to other websites, and there are no third-party embeds such as maps, videos or chat widgets.

That's why you weren't asked to accept cookies. There aren't any to accept.

What you can ask for

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to us holding it at all, or ask us to send it to you in a portable format.

Email hybridelevation@gmail.com and we'll deal with it. We don't ask you to prove anything beyond that you're writing from the address you gave us.

If you think we've handled your information badly and we haven't put it right, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.

Changes

If we start collecting something new, or add analytics, we'll update this page and change the date at the top before we do it, not after.
